This Shipping Policy explains how Pursio processes, ships, and delivers orders.
1. Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing time may be longer during product launches, promotions, peak seasons, or when additional order verification is required.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship to selected countries and regions shown at checkout. If your location is unavailable at checkout, we may not currently support shipping to your region.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Customs clearance
- Carrier delays
- Weather
- Holidays
- Remote-area delivery
- Incorrect shipping information
- Import restrictions
- Events outside our control
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless a free shipping promotion applies.
Free shipping offers may be limited to selected products, countries, order values, or promotional periods.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless clearly stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Pursio is not responsible for customs delays or additional import costs charged by local authorities or carriers.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly because of inaccurate shipping information, we may not be able to provide a refund. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages

We may assist with carrier investigation where possible. However, we are not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, theft after delivery, or failed delivery attempts caused by customer unavailability.
8. Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please:
- Check with household members, neighbors, building reception, or mailroom
- Confirm the shipping address
- Contact the carrier

We will review the issue, but delivery confirmation from the carrier may limit available remedies.
9. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may ship separately. You may receive separate tracking numbers.
